Passionate to better support students, clients, or individuals in your life impacted by trauma? Join Exhale to Inhale's in-person 16-hour trauma-informed yoga training, taking place May 2nd and 3rd, with trainers Amy Apgar and Matty Espino!
In this training, you will develop your own trauma-informed practices through learning about:
- How trauma impacts the body and brain
- Tangible yoga-based, trauma-informed resources to support those impacted by trauma
- How to customize your language, space-building, and classes/sessions to be more inclusive of survivor needs
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend as this training is recommended for anyone working with with individuals who may be impacted by trauma.
Dates & Times:
Day 1 - Saturday, May 2nd, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm EST [with breaks]
Day 2 - Sunday, May 3rd, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm EST [with breaks]
~Plus a 2-hour Self-Study Module~
