A very special one-night collaboration: Chef Jorge Luis Hernandez (San Antonio native; Isidore, San Antonio—Michelin-starred) teams up with Pal’s Chef Conrado Gonzalez (South Texas; formerly on the opening team at Corima in NYC, which earned a Michelin star) for a limited-seat oyster dinner created exclusively for Oregon Oyster Festival Weekend.

Chef Jorge Luis previously Head Chef at Minibar in Washington, DC, where he worked under José Andrés as part of a Michelin-starred team. Conrado and Jorge Luis have worked together in the past and are reuniting in Portland for a focused dinner exploring oysters through the flavors of South Texas and Mexico—bold, precise, and built around peak-season shellfish.

This is a one-night-only menu and will be limited to 40 seats.
