Participants will explore organic, biodynamic, and natural wines through guided tastings and discussion led by wine expert Charles Lundington. The event highlights the philosophies behind each approach and offers a deeper understanding of the winemaking process, including how seasonal and environmental factors influence flavor, character, and quality. The evening is informal and conversational, encouraging questions throughout the tasting. It is designed for both casual wine drinkers and enthusiasts alike who want to learn more about what makes each bottle unique.
Wines will be available for purchase, with 10–15% of proceeds supporting Westmoreland Sanctuary’s mission to acquire, enrich, and preserve land for public use and education. The program fee is $65 per person, and advance registration is required.
