The Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism, the first body of its kind in the nation, was created in 1989 by the Supreme Court of Georgia with the primary charge to enhance professionalism among Georgia's judges and lawyers. In carrying out its charge, the Commission provides ongoing attention and assistance to the task of assuring that the practice of law remains a high calling, enlisted in the service of client and public good. During this CLE, the panel will discuss professionalism considerations that arise when attorneys navigate AI technology in an environment that values innovation, but which has little regulation in place. This CLE is presented as a FREE to watch Virtual via Zoom CLE. Attorneys are responsible for paying the CLE fees required by the Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency to maintain the CLE on their CLE transcript. The CLE has been approved in Georgia for 1 CLE credit hour, including 1 hour of professionalism CLE credit.
