Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable but we can help transfer them to another party. Please contact us for help.

Question 3

How much food and how many drinks are included with our ticket?

IP and General Admission attendees enjoy food and drink samples from our participating businesses, with a few select vendors only serving samples in the VIP tent.  All of these local businesses are looking forward to meeting you and sharing with you their samples.

Question 4

Do food and drink sponsors run out of samples?

Accepted Answer

Vendors are asked to prepare hundreds of samples, but occasionally samples do run out later in the event, so please be considerate.

Question 5

Can I bring my pet?

The only animals allowed are certified service animals. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are prohibited.  Please refer to Ventura County regulations and California Health & Safety Code Section 113903.

Can I bring my children or infant in a stroller?

The event is limited to attendees 21 and over.

Can I buy tickets at any time and at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, general admission tickets will remain available only via Eventbrite and Eventbrite mobile app.  VIP tickets typically sell out well before the event date.  Please purchase your tickets via Eventbrite prior to arrival at the gate.

What should attendees bring?

Please consider this is an outdoor summer event.  Hats, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for walking on grass are encouraged.  VIP attendees have reserved seating in VIP tent.  GA ticket holders can use limited unreserved seating at the event. Bring a payment method/tap/card for the silent auction!

What should attendees NOT bring?

Underage guests, umbrellas, pop-up type shelters, picnic baskets, wagons, lawn chairs, strollers, pets, vapes, smoking devices, large backpacks, outside food or drink.  Please do not reserve or hold seating or tables, invite your fellow community members to join you if space is available!

My friend got discounted tickets, how can I take advantage of discounts?

There are super-early bird and early bird discounts publicly available on Eventbrite well ahead of the event date which we encourage all attendees to consider.  Follow our social media channels @conejofwf (Instagram and Facebook) for further details.
