What time do doors open, and when does the event start?

Doors will open at 11:00 AM, and the event will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, security screening, and seating.

Is there reserved seating?

No. Seating is general admission only and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is handicap/accessible seating available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Accessible seating will be arranged with your group. Please notify your group leader or event staff upon arrival so accommodation can be provided.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes. The venue is ADA compliant, including accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating areas.

Is there a clear bag policy?

Yes. The venue enforces a clear bag policy. Approved bags include:
•	Clear bags (plastic, vinyl, or PVC)
All bags are subject to inspection at entry.

•	No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the venue.
•	Concessions will be available from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. during the event.
Concession offerings may not meet all dietary restrictions or allergy needs. Families are encouraged to plan meals before arrival if these are a concern.

Re-entry policies will follow venue guidelines. Once admitted, exiting the venue may not allow re-entry. Please plan accordingly.

•	Outside food or drinks
•	Large bags or backpacks (non-clear)
•	Weapons of any kind
•	Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or illegal substances
•	Noisemakers, laser pointers, or disruptive items
All attendees are subject to security screening.

Yes. Parking will be available on-site or nearby.

Will there be security on site?

Yes. Event staff, venue security, and local safety personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Is this a supervised youth event?

No. Youth attendees are expected to always remain with their designated group or chaperone. Group leaders and volunteers will be present throughout the event to find your party. Those 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Event-appropriate attire is required.

What if we need medical assistance?

First aid and medical personnel will be available on-site. If you or your child needs assistance, notify event staff immediately.

Yes. A designated Lost & Found area will be available. Items not claimed during the event will follow venue procedures.
