About your host Anastasia:

Anastasia walked into her first yoga class at Baron Baptiste Power Yoga in 1999. One class was all it took to get her hooked. Years later she was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga at the New England Yoga by Sue Pentland, whom Anastasia considers the biggest influence in her yoga journey, where she discovered the power of discipline of body and mind and got a gift of an amazing like-minded community.

Anastasia holds a 200-hr. RYT certification in Fluid Yoga with Kevan Gale, a 30-hr. certification in Spa Yoga with Betty Riaz, and a 108-hr. certification in Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky.

She creates her classes as journeys of self-inquiry and exploration. Holding space in a supportive and caring manner Anastasia will guide students in finding their edge and reasons for gratitude.
