"You Can't Take It With You" is a comedic play about the eccentric Sycamore family, their chaotic yet joyful lives, and the clash with the conventional Kirby family, highlighting the importance of happiness over materialism.The play was written by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart. The play is set in the 1930's during the Great Depression and unfolds entirely in the Vanderhof-Sycamore household near Columbia University in New York City. It is a three act comedy that won the 1937 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and was later adapted into an Academy award winning film.Online ticket sales end Friday, May 22 at 4pm. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door.
