Take a gentle pause from the noise of everyday life and sink into The Purrfect Pause. This is a calming yoga and sound healing experience created in collaboration with Stray Cat Sanctuary.

This 90-minute class blends slow, accessible yoga, grounding breathwork, and an extended crystal singing bowl sound bath, all in the presence of adoptable rescue cats. The experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and heart-centered connection, for humans and animals alike!

A portion of ticket proceeds directly supports Stray Cat Sanctuary, a local 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to the care, comfort, and placement of cats in need.
