Coach Bill's Birthday Bash Agenda
Sports Kick Gym is the host for this event. Wave assignments are first come, first serve. The first wave begins at 8:00a.m., second wave 9:00am, third wave 10:00am, fourth wave 11:00am and last wave at 12:00pm. You must be at Sports Kick 30 minutes before your wave assignment. You will be responsible for setting up your weights in your assigned area for the event. You will also be responsible for breaking down your weights after your wave is over. We will have the spin the wheel again this year which is an extra challenge to the 14 on the floor signature workout that is Coach Bill's WOD. Bring extra cash with you for the opportunity to buy yourself out of a portion of the workout if it gets a little spicy. This is the fun part. Chris Demske is in charge of the workout for this event and will be your go to for event day information. Carmen Demske will be on the mic prompting the workout and the buy outs. The workout can be scaled for anyone and everyone. Please join us!
