Overview

One-Week Immersive Summer Camp 6/22 to 6/26

Painting Plus is an immersive art camp designed to explore the wonderful world of painting and mixed media. Campers will discover various painting techniques, color theory, and artistic styles while experimenting with watercolors, acrylics, and other mediums. Through hands-on projects, young artists will develop their creative vision and build confidence in their artistic abilities.

Ages: 7 to 14

Dates: 6/22 - 6/26

Time: 9am to 3pm

Location: The Gibby Center for the Arts

Cost: $300

*Younger campers will work together, while older campers will work on more challenging projects and advanced techniques in their own group. This age-appropriate grouping ensures that all artists can develop their skills at a comfortable pace while being appropriately challenged.

Registration:

A $50 nonrefundable registration fee is required when enrolling (plus service fee). Balances are due on April 15, 2026, and will be invoiced by The Everett on or around March 10, 2026. Failure to complete full payment by April 15 will result in removal from the camp roster and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist, if applicable.

We are pleased to again offer an Everett-sponsored fundraising opportunity, which may help you offset the cost of summer camps. This fundraising event would occur in tandem with our annual participation in the "Do More 24 Delaware" fundraising initiative (March 5 - 6, 2026). Further details regarding this opportunity will be provided in the weeks ahead.
