✅ Part One: Mortgage Preparation & Financing Learn how to prepare for a mortgage, including credit and debt-to-income basics, loan options, down payment and closing cost expectations, and down payment assistance programs. You’ll also learn what lenders look for when issuing a pre-approval. At the end of Part One, attendees may begin a swift, personalized pre-approval plan to prepare for the home search. ✅ Part Two: Home Search, Offers & Market Strategy This session covers the real estate side of the process, including current market trends, preparing for your home search, understanding home values, writing competitive offers, and what to expect from offer acceptance through closing.
