Women Write & Wine

Allison is a holistic coach who works with women who desire to live their most joyful, magical lives. She uses coaching, yoga, breath work, and meditation as tools to help her clients move toward wellness, authenticity and self-love. She offers bodywork and pop-up yoga classes to both men and women. Allison’s mission is to spread joy, be a catalyst for change and to help others with what she has learned from her own life experiences.

March’s Write &amp; Wine is about becoming, gentle expansion, and being right in the messy middle of it. Through guided journaling, we’ll explore what’s unfolding in you right now. You’ll leave with greater clarity, self-trust, and connection to the woman you are blossoming into.</p><p>Wine, AF beverages, and snacks available for purchase. No journaling experience needed, just a journal and an open heart!</p>
