Reclaim your story and find community through shared experiences and laughter.

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of writing for comedic storytelling through a series of guided writing prompts and may optionally share what they have created at the end.


Humor can be a powerful tool for coping with and processing painful emotions while building resiliency, allowing survivors to reclaim their stories and find community through shared experiences and laughter. No previous writing experience required!


Supply list:

  • Writing paper
  • Pencils/pens


This is a free event with an RSVP! If you have RSVP'd, you will receive a Zoom link to the email associated with your Eventbrite account 24 hours prior to the workshop. A second email will be sent 1 hour prior to the workshop with the same link.


If you are running late to join, please feel free to email us at the email below. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate entry to the workshop if you join 15 minutes past the start time of the workshop.
