Sponsorship Overview – Caregiver's Ball Fundraiser

Support caregivers across Tennessee while showcasing your business or organization at our Caregiver's Ball Sponsorships provide excellent visibility, recognition, and community impact while helping us raise funds for the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition.

On Thursday, April 23, 2026, we are proud to host the 2nd Annual Caregivers Ball at Hillwood Country Club in Nashville—an evening dedicated to celebrating, honoring, and uplifting Tennessee’s caregivers. We will also recognize two extraordinary leaders, Gordan Bonnyman and Dianne Oliver, whose lifelong commitment has strengthened support systems for older adults and caregivers throughout Tennessee. The Caregivers Ball includes a Cocktail Hour, an Elegant Dinner Buffet at Hillwood Country Club, a Silent Auction, Awards Presentation, and a Special Musical Performance by Cliff Richmond & the CliffNotes.

We’re offering eight sponsorship levels to fit every budget:

Champion - $15,000

• 2 Full tables at the Gala (16 people)
• Full-page ad on the inside front cover of the program book
• Recognition signage at the event
• Enhanced social media posts with logo/tagging
• Exclusive TCC swag gift basket (e.g., tote bags, mugs, etc.)
• Opportunity to address attendees from the stage at the gala
• Sponsor recognition at all TCC events for one year

Legacy - $10,000

• 1 & 1/2 tables at the Gala (12 people)
• Full-page ad on the outer cover of the program book
• Recognition signage at the event
• Enhanced social media posts with logo/tagging
• Exclusive TCC swag gift basket (e.g., tote bags, mugs, etc.)
• Opportunity to address attendees during the Cocktail Hour

Visionary - $7, 500

• Full table at the Gala (8 people)
• Full-page ad inside the program book

• Enhanced social media posts with logo/tagging

• 2 Minute Video shown during the gala
• Sponsor recognition at four TCC events during the year

Guardian - $5,000

• Full table at the Gala (8 people)
• 3/4-page ad inside the program book
• Recognition signage at the event
• Enhanced social media posts with logo/tagging
• Exclusive TCC swag gift basket (e.g., tote bags, mugs, etc.)
• 1 Minute Video shown during the gala
• Sponsor recognition at three TCC events during the year

Benefactor - $2,500

• 3/4 table at the Gala (6 people)
• Half-page ad in the program book
• Recognition signage at the event
• Group social media highlight post before and after the event
• TCC swag bag for each guest (e.g., water bottles, pens, etc.)
• Recognition on TCC’s website
• Sponsor recognition at two TCC events during the year

Supporter - $1,000

• Half table at the Gala (4 people)
• Quarter-page ad in the program book
• Recognition signage at the event
• Social media group acknowledgment
• TCC commemorative pin or keychain

Caregiver - $500

• Two tickets to the Gala
• Name/logo listed in the program book
• Name/logo displayed in the event slideshow
• Social media shoutout
• TCC thank-you card with a caregiver story

Friend - $250

• One ticket to the Gala
• Name/logo listed in the program book
• Name/logo displayed in the event slideshow
• Social media acknowledgment
