No Frills means no bullshit. No fancy, yet vague words that leave you questioning what "er0tic" means or instructions too vague to parse together.

Oh no, I can't make it live. Will there be a recording?

Accepted Answer

24 hours after class completion you will be added to a platform where you can watch the recording. Please be patient during this time as Lola is only a single human and does not have an extensive team and network.
