She is certified in Louis Van Amstel's LaBlast Ballroom Fitness. Tracy loves to share the joy of expression through movement. Her goal is to create a fun, warm, loving environment where students of all ages and all levels feel confident in their progress and have a blast moving!Pedro Rangel worked professionally with Cirque du Soliel, Louis van Amstel of Dancing with the Stars and on Broadway.
