Do I need any experience with yoga, painting, or journaling?

No experience is needed at all! Each station is guided and beginner-friendly. You’ll be gently walked through each activity — this night is about relaxation, not perfection. Come as you are and enjoy the process.

Just yourself and an open mind. All materials — yoga mats, watercolor supplies, stationary, and pens — will be provided. Welcome to bring your water-bottle.

Will I get to take anything home?

Yes! You’ll leave with any art or journaling you create, plus the option to purchase candles, brushes, or other items from local vendors to build your own reset routine at home.

Over two peaceful hours, you’ll move through interactive reset stations inspired by simple practices that trigger calm and clarity — including scent therapy, gentle yoga, creative watercolor, and guided reflection. Each station is led by local wellness vendors offering hands-on experiences and beautiful products to explore.
