The 1st Time Homebuyer Class, hosted by the Arizona Phoenix REALTIST Group, goes beyond basic steps by providing essential education from trusted industry partners. Participants gain a clear understanding of the home buying process, financial requirements and the resources needed to move confidently toward homeownership.
To ensure you receive the best guidance on your path to homeownership, the following steps must be completed prior to the event. This information helps our counselors better support you and connect you with the right resources. Please complete the NID Intake Form and email recent pay stubs, tax returns if self-employed, and a copy of your credit report to gayler@nidhousing.com

• Debt < 10% income
