<p>Sometimes our minds tell us one thing and the body another. Sometimes they relay the same ideas but in different ways, in poetics that complement or converge. In this somatic writing and movement workshop, we will begin to access sudden pleasures, unexpected strength, hidden stresses and enduring scars that inhabit the body and our memories. We’ll explore our personal cartography of sensations and responses as we let words emerge from memory and nerve. Come wearing comfortable clothes and bring a pen and notebook.   Created and led by poet &amp; dancer Sharon Coleman.</p>
