Women's Circle for Expression & Expansion

A monthly ritual for connection, community, and consciousness- we gather to heal, renew, and connect through spirit.

A monthly gathering for women who are ready to feel it all.

You will not leave fixed.

You will leave remembered.

This is not a yoga class, networking event, or place to perform wellness.

It's a circle. A container. A room where ten women gather on the first Sunday of every month to put everything down for two hours and remember who they are without it.

If you've tried therapy, journaling, yoga, the women's brunches where the conversation stays just shallow enough to feel safe, and still felt that quiet ache for something more, this was built for you.

Inside the circle:

🤍Breathwork to land you inside yourself

🤍 Sharing & Witnessing to say the thing you've never said out loud, and be held, not fixed

🤍 Guided journaling to hear yourself finally

🤍Closing ceremony rooted in the honouring of your divine feminine

Light snacks and drinks are always included. Summer circles held in nature.
