Designed to be encouraging yet thought-provoking, this one-day session allows attendees to:
- assess where they are – and how some influences and decisions have led them here
- objectively assess and identify key drivers/triggers
- find alternative handling mechanisms to allow participants to move forward in a more positive direction
- learn some practical tools and techniques to help keep things in balance when facing future challenges
We all have areas of challenge and unbalance in our lives. Our goal is to walk alongside attendees in the process of reflecting and assessing, then moving forward. Attendees should leave the session challenged, encouraged and armed with new techniques - ready to frame new horizons.
