How can I find the event?

The event will be held in the Student Center Building I. Look for Building G Student Services with the set of flags. The Student Center Building I is located behind Building G. You can also visit https://www.cuyamaca.edu/maps-and-directions for more information.

Where should I park? Is parking free? Is there accessible parking closer to the event?

Accepted Answer

Parking information will be available shortly.  Accessible parking is located behind the Student Center (near the quad and in from of the Center for Water Studies Building).  To access, take the Warehouse Road Access (see map).

Would you accept any walk-ins on the day of the event?

Accepted Answer

Due to event capacity, you will need to be registered in advance to attend this event. Please make sure you register as early as possible.

Question 4

I am a registered exhibitor for the event. Where can I unload my materials on day of the event?

Accepted Answer

From the Cuyamaca College West entrance (by the Water Conservation Garden), enter the bus circle to the walkway between Buildings G and I on your right. Place your flashers on, unload items, and return to your vehicle to park (parking information will be available shortly).

Will professional headshots be offered again at the symposium?

Accepted Answer

Due to popular demand, professional headshots will be offered from 8am-11am on the first floor of the Building I near the check-in. Please plan accordingly.

Will copies of presentations be available after the event?

Accepted Answer

Session materials and slides are part of the intellectual property of each presenter. Availability of those materials and slides are based on each individual presenter. Please inquire during the preferred session.
