This year’s conference is presented in collaboration with the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) and will be hosted at UDC–WDLL (WorkForce Development & Lifelong Learning), bringing together mental health professionals, community leaders, creatives, advocates, and everyday men who are committed to prioritizing emotional wellness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Attendees can expect powerful panel discussions, interactive dialogue, wellness-focused programming, and access to local resources that support mental, emotional, and social well-being. The conference will explore real-life topics such as stress, relationships, finances, identity, purpose, and navigating life’s challenges in a healthy and sustainable way.

Whether you are beginning your mental health journey or continuing it, this conference offers a safe, affirming environment to reflect, connect, learn, and grow alongside a supportive community.

The conference will be followed by a separate, ticketed Evening Gala held at The Spire, located at 750 First St NE, Floor 12, Washington, DC 20002, where GenerationDMV will honor three individuals for their outstanding contributions to community impact, leadership, and advancing mental health awareness.
