A Mushroom Experience Dinner at ILF with Chef Ric Orlando
A Multiple Course Mushroom Forward Dinner at Indian Ladder Farms
This dinner will be served in the Clear Mountain Room near the pizza garden (park in the west lot closer to Altamont, unless there is an abundance of snow - stay tuned for details)
ILFCB will be open throughout the evening for beverage purchases (Beer, Wine, and Cider). There will be suggested pairings for each course.
Drinks and graze 6 - 6:30pm. First course served at 6:30.

4 cheese stuffed Crimini mushroom, umami bomb mushroom jam
Lion’s Mane Tagine, chick peas, roasted pepper, Ras el hanout, prunes, Moroccan olives, harissa
Sesame Grilled King Oyster Steak
Braised daikon, Sweet chile grilled Shanghai bok choi, roasted onion-sauce

Mushroom-Chile dusted bittersweet chocolate goat cheese truffles with concentrated cider sauce

Equally central to his career is a deep commitment to community. Orlando is the president of
the Good Neighbor Food Pantry in Woodstock where he supports food access initiatives and
community-driven efforts to address hunger in the Hudson Valley. This work reflects a core
belief that food is not only nourishment, but connection, dignity, and care.
Today, Orlando continues to shape contemporary American dining through upcoming hospitality
concepts like Accord Social and through media, mentorship, and advocacy—using food as a
way to bring people together at the table and beyond.
