The Flavor Lab is opening the kitchen for an exclusive tasting event! We will be providing samples of some of our favorite menu items!

3 Tasting Sessions: 3-4PM, 4-5PM, 5-6PM; Each Session will have a max of 10 people.

Menu includes a tasting of the following:

Apps: Cuban Sandwich Bies, Pork Belly Burn Ends, Traditional Italian Aranchini, Petite Twiced Baked Potatoes, Sweet Potato Puffs

Mains: Tuscan Chicken, Grilled Detroit Oink BBQ Chicken, Smoked Chuck Roast, Smoked Pulled Pork. Optional: Grilled Salmon

Sides: Smokehouse Mac & Cheese, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Whiskey Maple Glazed Carrots, Garlicky Green Beans

Drinks: Desert Pear Lemonade, Iced Water, Coffee Tea

Optional Dessert add-on package will feature Brownie Gourmet and Cheesecake Joy.
