This training identifies the principles of writing. Participants will apply methods to communicate via email, memos, and business letters.

This course equips participants with the essential skills to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in the workplace. It focuses on strengthening grammar fundamentals, improving writing structure and clarity, and applying a customer-centric mindset to everyday business correspondence. Participants will learn how to write with purpose—ensuring their messages are accurate, respectful, and aligned with professional standards across emails, memos, and formal business letters.​

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of effective business communication principles, including grammar accuracy and professional tone
  • Write clear, concise, and well-structured business correspondence such as emails, memos, and letters
  • Apply appropriate formats and tones based on audience, purpose, and context
  • Incorporate customer-centric principles such as politeness, clarity, and positivity in written communication
  • Deliver sensitive or negative messages professionally while preserving relationships and organizational credibility
