The night unfolds around an 8-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated by Culinary Artist Traci Moore, to tell a story through flavor, texture, and progression. Each course is plated with purpose, allowing space for conversation, discovery, and shared moments between courses. This is slow dining at its finest, immersive, personal, and deeply sensory.
