Downtown to Dunes 2026
Litter collection along the 8th Street corridor, and Centre Street/Atlantic from Downtown to Dunes.
8:30 am, May 9, 2026, Meet before the cleanup at First Love Brewing in Fernandina Beach for a continental breakfast sponsored by First Port City Bank. Pick up supplies and an event tshirt (first 120 volunteers - while supplies last).
Bring your gloves and a reusable water bottle. We suggest closed-toe shoes for the cleanup.
Site Captains at the Atlantic Rec Center, Amelia Island Welcome Center, Hickory Street, and First Love Brewing will be available to collect supplies at the end of the cleanup. Return to the site captain no later than 10:30 am.
Event Hosts: Amelia Island Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fernandina Beach Main Street, Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise, and Keep Nassau Beautiful.

Connect with a Site Captain
Meet at First Love Brewing at 8:30 to pick up supplies and your event t-shirt. Pick your cleanup location and return supplies to one of our Site Captains stationed at First Love Brewing on 8th St., the Amelia Island Welcome Center on Centre St., the Atlantic Recreation Center front lawn, and Hickory St. at the FBHS ball field. Look for the Cleanup Crew signs.
