Balletto Wine & Food Pairing at Zack's Oak Bar

An exploration of Balletto wines curated with Zack's food menu, led by Anthony Beckman, the Winemaker of Balletto Winery.

We will be exploring Balletto Wines with a 4-course food pairing, finished with an Italian Amaro served with shortbread cookies for dessert.

First Course; Pairing with Balletto Sauvignon blanc

Burrata salad with arugula, roasted tomato, balsamic reducation, EEVO

Second Course; Pairing with Balletto Teresa's Unoaked Chardonnay

Grilled Shrimp & Avocado in a beurre blanc citrus with a light cayenne.

Third Course; Pairing with Balletto Oaked Chardonnay

Carmelized onions, shiitake mushrooms risotto, light drizzle of truffle oil.

Fourth Course; Pairing with Balletto Pinot Noir

Braised Short Ribs with roasted carrot & crispy leeks with a red wine demi glaze.

For Dessert, We will serve Amaro del la Etna with delicious shortbread cookies to end the evening.
