Nick Levendoski is a General Manager at Sunnyside Hatchery.

Levendoski oversees operations at Sunnyside Hatchery, a long-standing provider of egg and meat production strains, turkey poults, ducklings, and DeKalb Blacks. The company, with over a century of history, focuses on delivering high-quality chicks at competitive prices and maintaining superior customer service. Levendoski's role involves ensuring the provision of day-old chicks and started pullets to customers across the Upper Midwest, upholding the hatchery's legacy of quality and service.

Chaz Self owner of Grassway Organics in East Troy WI is a first generation dairy farmer. From Vegan to bodybuilder he connects the local community with regenerative raised poultry, beef & dairy. Grassway hosts pizza on the farm every Friday & Saturday during the summer months. It is a seasonal hotspot for families and people who are wanting to connect to a farm experience. During pizza nights the cows are always close to the event where he showcases his intense rotational grazing. 
Grassway has an on-farm store that is open four days a week and recently just started to ship his products nationwide.

For over a decade, he has chronicled regional food stories, exploring where our food comes from and how it shapes who we are. Kyle is a regular expert media contributor on NPR and has been awarded the Wisconsin Broadcast Association Award twice.
