Question 1

Is this event only for women?

Accepted Answer

We use an inclusive definition of “women” and welcome the participation of all genders (including gender fluid, non-binary, trans, two-spirit, etc.) no matter how you choose to identify. This applies to participation on both sides of the table.

Question 2

Do you collect any fees?

Accepted Answer

We don't charge any hiring fees/commissions on top of the participation ticket price.

Question 3

How do you ensure quality?

Accepted Answer

Our events are invite-only for candidates, so that ensures that almost everyone has a solid work history or background. Technical talents such as developers, designers, and PMs are invited according to their expertise.

Question 4

Can I hold a private event for my company only?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - we've helped multiple industry players reach their diversity hiring goals, and we'd love to help you with yours! Email fiona@womenhack.com for more information.
