Begin with a crystal-clear Mulligatawny Consommé—gently spiced, aromatic, and finely strained—followed by golden Roasted Mushroom & Goat Cheese Tartlets crowned with thyme. Savory Scones arrive with whipped chive butter; tender Lamb Rissoles, seasoned with garden herbs, offer a rustic, comforting bite. The course closes with a British Fruit Fool that combines luxuriously whipped double cream with gently folded, ripened seasonal fruits —yielding a silk‑smooth dessert.
