J. Blade Ranch welcomes you to its MONTHLY FARMERS FLEA MARKET as a vendor to our event!

We’re thrilled that you’re considering joining us for this exciting community event, where local flavor meets country charm! The J. Blade Ranch Farmers Flea Market is more than just a market — it’s a celebration of homegrown goods, handmade treasures, and neighborly spirit.

This vibrant market will feature:

🍦 Food vendors, fun activities & more!

It’s the perfect place for families, friends, and folks from all around to gather, shop, eat, and enjoy the beauty of ranch life.

As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your products and be part of a growing tradition at J. Blade Ranch.

ADDITIONAL VENDOR INFORMATION:

Event Date: Every 1st Sunday (April thru October 2026)

Event Time: 2:00pm-6:00 pm

Location: J. Blade Ranch 651 Ward Road Ellenwood, GA 30294

VENDOR FEES:

Non-Food Vendor: $35/event

Food Vendor: $50/event

Food Truck: $100/event

VENDOR SPACES:

-Include one (1) 10x10 space within event & promotion as event vendor

-Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and displays unless arranged otherwise.

-Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and payment.

VENDOR ENTRANCE:

- Vendors are asked to arrive between the times of 12:00pm-1:00pm. All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before opening.

-Breakdown must be completed by 7:00pm.

- Vendor passes include one (1) additional pass for an assistant/partner

-In case of severe weather, a reschedule date will be the following 1st Sunday.

- Registration for this event confirms that the vendor will be in attendance to this event within the required set-up time.

- There will be no refunds submitted to vendors in the event of cancellation at the fault of the vendor. It is expected that registered vendors attend the event to assist in the success of the event.
