Join us on Sunday, April 5, in the Grand Ballroom of The San Luis Resort for the island's most anticipated culinary event. With Champagne, live music, and a decadent feast, surround yourself with loved ones and delight in a holiday to remember.

At the Carvery, indulge in Honey Glazed Ham, Garlic Herb Crusted Prime Rib, and Guinness Marinated Glazed Pork Tenderloin. Enjoy traditional brunch fare like Omelets and Eggs made-to-order, a Gumbo and Etouffee station, Seafood bar featuring Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Tails, Crab Claws, and a Smoked Salmon Display. Indulge in fresh salads and charcuterie as well as delicious hot dishes including Black Pepper & Parmesan Risotto, Miso Butter Cod, and Potato Gratin Dauphinois. A kid's corner offering all their favorites plus an Easter Wonderland Dessert Display. Enjoy Champagne, a Mimosa, Bloody Mary or Premium Cocktail and so much more!
