When and where will the event take place?

The session will be held via Zoom.  As we get closer to the event, you will receive a detailed email with virtual meeting info and log-in.

How much does it cost to attend?

The fee for the session is $50.  Note: Take a deeper dive into the liaison world by taking the full 2-part Mastering program which includes the virtual session followed by a full day in-person workshop. Learn more at info@marinermanagement.com.

What is the deadline for registration?

Registration closes Monday, May 11 at 12 p.m.  P.S. if you have a last-minute opportunity to attend the in-person session, contact Mariner Management at info@marinermanagement.com.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the event. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge. Please contact Mariner Management at info@marinermanagement.com to make the request.

I registered for the virtual session and now I can’t attend, what are my options?

Sorry to hear you can’t join us live; however, you can still get the training. By registering, you will receive a link to the recording and the handouts. You also have the option to transfer the registration or get a refund if you are within the refund period.

Is the Navigating virtual event the same as Mastering Part 1?

If I registered for virtual session only and attend, can I add the in-person session after the fact?

You are welcome to add Part 2 and attend the in-person session if space is available! To check, please contact us at 301-725-2508 or info@marinermanagement.com. You can also check with us during the virtual training. Additional fee is $229.
