<h3>This workshop is run in partnership with Agility 11 and Brad Swanson.</h3><h2>Certified Scrum Master Workshop</h2>Our CSM Training prepares leaders, makers, and anyone in between to guide, sponsor, and participate in Agile/Scrum initiatives. At the end of the 2-day CSM class, participants will have gained knowledge of Agile product development, all of the elements of the Scrum framework, and the knowledge necessary to take the certification exam from Scrum Alliance.Earning your certification is a good step towards understanding Agile and becoming a change agent. Our Certified ScrumMaster class welcomes both beginners whose first day in class is their first day in Agile and veteran Agilists who are looking for ways to get better. Project managers, tech leaders, even people who are not involved in software development have all found value in our certified ScrumMaster workshop.You can earn 16 SEU’s or PDU’s with this class. Use the two days of class to immerse fully in the world of Agile and Scrum to increase your fluency.<h2>Earning Your CSM Certification</h2>At the end of the two days, our CST will submit the names of qualified participants to Scrum Alliance and Scrum Alliance will send a link to take the test.Exam retake policy and associated feesTo pass the Scrum Alliance CSM exam, you need to get 74% of the questions correct. There are 50 questions and you will have 60 minutes to take the exam. Participants will have two attempts within 90 days of receiving the welcome email from Scrum Alliance at no cost. After two attempts or 90 calendar days, the test is $25 for each retake. The exam is an open book, open note test.Sample CSM exam questionsThe Development Team does not sit together and therefore rarely communicates. Due to this arrangement, they tend to segue into deep technical discussions when sharing at the Daily Scrum.
