We gather in person at JPAR for a collaborative listing showcase designed to help agents strengthen their active listings and generate buzz.

Each agent will have the opportunity to briefly present a listing and receive structured, constructive feedback from fellow agents using a simple feedback form.

At the end of each session, participating agents will vote to select one Spotlight Listing. That listing will receive extra exposure until the next session, including a post on our local JPAR private Facebook page. Agents who attend will also commit to sharing the listing on their personal Facebook page (no paid boost required — just a simple share to help create more visibility). Our friends at Fairway will also have something special for the winning listing!
