You enter and exit deep guided visualization" naturally throughout your day - when you're absorbed in a book, driving a familiar route, or lost in creative flow. This experience simply guides that natural state intentionally. You remain aware and in control throughout.

What if I can't visualize?

Visualization takes many forms. Some people see vivid images; others sense feelings, hear sounds, or simply "know" things. Yana adapts the journey to work with however your mind naturally processes information.

What if I miss a session?

Each session stands alone, so you can join whichever themes call to you. We recommend attending consistently to deepen your practice, and you're welcome to drop in whenever your schedule allows.
