Creamy roasted butternut squash finished with coconut milk, nutmeg, and cracked black pepper. Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds and herb oil.

Rib-eye seasoned with rosemary and garlic, served with Parmesan mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables (carrots and green beans).
