She blends her politics, activism, and art into projects that are designed to inspire others to take action, think, discuss, engage with democracy and their community, and find some digital/analog balance. She makes art to inspire others to make art. Her passion is teaching people how to stab out their frustrations + take action to build a just world. Life motto: Make Art. Smash Systems.

Turn off those digital devices and pretend like it's 1990. The Vibe: Chill, welcoming, and joyful. You can stop in at any point from 11-4pm to hang with rad community members. Bring your own analog project (knit, embroidery, journal, puzzle, board game, whatever) OR join in activities that are taking place already. The idea is to disconnect from the digital and focus on community connection and analog adventures. No stress. All fun. Maybe you can learn something new! There will be a tiny ribbon cutting (adorable). If you have craft supplies to donate, bring them with and we will fill the new free library</li><li><a href="https://www.instagram.com/chaiwolfman" title="https://www.instagram.com/chaiwolfman" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chai Wolfman</a> is going to debut her new Found Painting Project mural which means YOU can get a piece of art to distribute out into the world for others to find. Please feel free to bring some snacks too.</li><li>We will be listening to Shannon's amazing mid-90's CD collection on her adorable new CD player</li></ul> The event is FREE and open to the public.
