This is a practice of stillness through movement, which invites you into the present moment .A part of the Wellist Week celebrations, this event will take place at sunrise, before you start your workday. Please meet us at 6:45am at The Edition to prepare for this truly unique experience.🏫 Who: :Murray Hidary is a multi-disciplinary artist and tech pioneer.
