Our 90-minute experience agenda is as follows: Arrival + Heart Opener Connection A guided opening to bring the group into alignment and set the shared tone. Movement + Mindfulness Experience Intentional somatic flow and sensory immersion to settle the nervous system and focus attention. Breathwork Journey A guided breath sequence that deepens awareness and synchronizes the group. Reflective Integration Journaling and prompts to anchor insight and intention. Rejuvenation + Recovery Immersion Layered spa and recovery features for full-body restoration. Closing Share Ceremony A grounded finish that integrates the experience and carries the shift forward. Add another 90 minutes to include: • Integrative bodywork • Extended fitness or movement session • Healthy snacks and hydration break • Additional recovery immersion
