Genealogy KC is a free conference for those interested in family history and the technology used to help assist in that journey. Genealogy KC is sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Is Genealogy KC free?

Yes! We have volunteers who help run the conference and professional genealogist who donate their time to help the community.

What should I bring with me?

Print out the handouts you would like for the classes you want to participate in. Something to take notes on.

What will I learn at Genealogy KC?

Sessions will be presented by genealogy and family history experts, and will cover a variety of topics. Experts will also be on hand for one-on-one genealogy consultation.
