Overview

Think like a comedian to find the funny, flip your perspective, and turn real life into smart, human humor- no experience required.

Think Like a Comedian is a live, interactive virtual workshop for people who love comedy, creativity, and seeing the world a little differently.

This isn’t about telling jokes... it’s about learning how comedians think.

In this 75-minute session, I’ll pull back the curtain on how I write comedy by observing myself observing the world- finding the funny not in what happens, but in how we react to it. The same mindset that fuels great comedy also builds resilience, perspective, and connection.

If you’ve seen my one-woman show Optimistic Personality Disorder or a Moms Unhinged Comedy show, this workshop shows you how that kind of humor is created—from raw moments to smart, laugh-out-loud insights.

You’ll learn:

  • How comedians spot patterns, tension, and truth in everyday life
  • Simple tools to flip frustrating moments into funny ones
  • How humor can help you process stress, change perspective, and connect more deeply
  • Why you don’t need to be “funny” to think like a comedian

I’m a professional touring comedian, performer, and writer, currently on the road with Moms Unhinged Comedy and my own inspiring one-woman comedy show. This workshop blends comedy craft, storytelling, and real-life insight in a way that’s playful, human, and surprisingly powerful.

No pressure. No performance required.
Just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to see things differently.

Come laugh, think, and leave with a new way of looking at your life.
