All tickets grant admission to the Vertical Shorts Festival Live Screening Event on the date and location specified at the time of purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event date and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Entry is subject to venue capacity and security requirements.

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in the event of cancellation by the Festival.

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

The Festival reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programming, speakers, or venue without prior notice.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, refund policies will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

Late entry may be restricted during screenings to avoid disruption.

Re-entry is subject to venue policy and staff discretion.

The Event may be filmed, photographed, or streamed live for promotional and archival purposes.

By attending, ticket holders grant the Festival the right to use their image, voice, and likeness in recordings, broadcasts, and promotional materials.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guests, and other attendees.

The Festival reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

The Festival, venue, organizers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
