Teen Art Camp
June 1 through 5, 2026
10 am to 4 pm daily
Ages 12-17
Led by Mena Kiernan
Member price $230/Non-Member price $250*
This camp is offered in partnership with Speak Up: Let's Talk About Mental Health
This hands-on summer program invites teens to collaborate on a large-scale mural installation right on the SHAMc grounds. In addition to murals, teens will have the opportunity and support to work on self-selected projects and a variety of other creative explorations. Guided by professional artists, participants will build skills in design, painting, and creative problem-solving as they contribute to a shared vision in the mornings and develop their own ideas in the afternoons. We’ll finish the week with an event to open the installation to the public.
Please provide plenty of water, a lunch and snacks for your child.
This is an art camp, please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting messy!
*SHAMc Members get $20 off per week of camp, as well as access to registration 24 hours before the public. The discount code is included in the Members-only email with priority registration. Learn more about memberships at https://www.safetyharborartandmusiccenter.com/membership
We believe that art should be accessible to all. SHAMc offers full and partial scholarships for all of our programs, including camps. Please visit https://www.safetyharborartandmusiccenter.com/scholarships or email education@SHAMc.org to learn more.
