International Women Artists’ Salon presents a music inspired showcase at our awesome venue partner Funkadelic Studios in NYC!

International Women Artists’ Salon is thrilled to present our 2026 season of Salon Lounge at Funkadelic Studios.

Our continued partnership with NYC’s Funkadelic Studios in Hell’s Kitchen NYC presents a dynamic showcase of music centric work by self-identifying women and non-binary artists from around the world every first Sumday of the month.

Evening Details…

6:30 pm pre-show mix and mingle

7:00 pm (approx) showcase begins

Post showcase Q&A

Mingling with artists til 9:00pm

Remember to Save the Date of the first Sunday of each month throughout 2026.

Feel free to purchase tickets for future months.

Tickets available through Eventbrite and at-the-door for $10. 100% of ticket sales will go towards paying the presenting artists, host and team. Paying artists and arts workers is a top goal of both IWAS and Funkadelic Studios to contribute towards the stable economic well-being of being an artist, the irreplaceable foundation of a robust society.

International Women Artists' Salon

IWAS was founded in 2008 by fine-art photographer and cultural collaborator Heidi Russell. IWAS' Salon Lounge launched its first stage at the infamous Dixon Place (Salon Lounge at Dixon Place) on the Lower East Side of NYC during the mid-2010s, with over 60 45-minute showcases of works across all creative disciplines. We are thrilled for the continuation of the series with our partner Funkadelic Studios since November 2024.
