Do I have to have a "bad" relationship with my mother to attend?

No. The mother wound exists even in loving relationships. You can love your mother deeply AND still carry wounds from childhood. This isn't about whether your mother is "good" or "bad"—it's about healing what was passed down, even unintentionally.

What if my mother has passed away?

Accepted Answer

This workshop is absolutely for you. The mother wound doesn't end when our mothers pass. In fact, it can become more complex. We'll honor your grief while also creating space to heal.

What will we actually DO in this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Education: Understanding what the mother wound is and how it shows up
Reflection: Guided prompts to identify your own patterns
Small group sharing: Breakout rooms (3-5 people) for safe, witnessed sharing
Healing practices: Tools and exercises you can use beyond the workshop
Q&A: Space for your quest

Do I have to share my story out loud?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Sharing is always optional. You can:

Listen and witness without speaking
Share in the chat instead of verbally
Participate in reflections privately (journal)
Opt out of breakout rooms if you prefer

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Members: Just let us know. You'll still have access to the replay.
Non-members: Email us 48 hours before for a refund. Less than 48 hours = 50% deposit will be refunded.

Yes, the workshop will be recorded. However, replays are ONLY provided to 100 Healthy Women members.
