A 3-hour workshop of movement, stillness & connection as we gather at the Spring Equinox to find balance as we welcome back in the light

2nd Whalley Range Scout Hut

The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and pause, a moment of transition away from the cold, darkness of winter and towards the glowing light of spring. This workshop will be aimed at helping us to find harmony and balance as we approach the season of growth and light.We will flow through different yoga poses, using movement and breath to release the body and mind of stress and tension, helping us to feel both physically and mentally grounded and destressed. Through meditation, stillness and journaling we can find inner calm and reflect back over the last few months of winter, taking note of all of our lessons, and beginning to look forward to that which we wish to bloom over the warmer months to come.The mixture of movement, stillness and reflection will help our bodies to feel lighter, our hearts to feel grateful and our intentions to be aligned, so that we move into Spring with joy, hope and motivation for all the beauty that's to come.
